What we collect

When you send the form we receive your name, phone number, address, the details you write about the problem and any email you choose to give. When you text a photo, we receive the photo and your number.

How we use it

We use your details to call you back, schedule the visit, send the text that tells you a plan visit is due and keep a record of the work for your next visit. We do not sell your details.

Who sees it

The people in the shop who book and carry out the work. Our website and phone providers handle messages for us and are not allowed to use them for anything else.

Your choices

Call or write to the shop to see what we hold about you, to correct it or to ask us to delete it. Texts stop when you tell us to stop.
